There is a civil case in your proceedings No. 5522-19-00-2/1920 dated 02/18/2019 on the claim of Eurasian Bank JSC against Artem Sergeevich Shumeyko for recovery of the amount owed under Bank Loan Agreements. The defendant, A.S. Shumeyko, currently resides permanently in Almaty and has no financial opportunity to travel to Ekibastuz.
Petition for consideration of the case in the absence of the plaintiff defendant
Based on the above and guided by art. 256 of the CPC RK,
I ask the Court:
We can review the case without the participation of the defendant, we trust the composition of the court, there are no challenges, we are familiar with the rights, we do not support the plaintiff's stated claims, which is indicated in detail in the objection.
